1. cannot help ~ing
cannot help ~ing:忍不住;不禁
# 動詞help這邊不是“幫助”的意思,而是以
“避免”(= avoid)的意義被使用。
Terry can't help smiling whenever he sees his daughter.
Terry 每一次看到他的女兒,都會禁不住微笑。
→ Terry 每一次看到他的女兒,就會微笑。
I can't help loving Claire.
我忍不住去愛Claire。
→ 我非常愛Claire。

# 不僅是動名詞 (~ing) ,代名詞it也可以被使用。
